      Disappointed, I had read the reviews and went for it. I had one many years ago that I really liked. The first one I received didn't work. After contacting customer service who sent me another one....the second doesn't work either. I think that the packaging was flung about too much and the product wasn't properly supported in the box, which meant that it moved around in the box and I think that the components didn't hold. 2 failed attempts.. so I asked for a refund. I'll see about getting a better quality one.
