      Excellent product! Training with these balls will help you to enjoy a lot more! Recommended for every woman. I am an older woman and the metal (heavier balls) work better for me to tighten my somewhat weak pelvic floor muscles! If you're younger, I would recommend the (Double removable kegel balls) or at least the lighter plastic balls. Really good price... they were on sale...
