      I am very pleased with this purchase. The cuffs look good, have a high-quality and robust feel, and smell good (although a little strong at first-> air them).
      The buckles are a little more complicated to fasten than the Velcro closures, but they will hold even if you pull on them strongly.
      The handcuffs will fit a circumference of 11 - 25 cm (not 28 cm as indicated on the package) and can also be placed around ankles.
      The inner loop has a large overlap at the wrists due to the large adjustment range and therefore remains stiff and bulky when put on (for this reason 1 star was deducted for handling). This will hopefully subside over time as the material becomes softer (or you learn to manage it better).
      I also bought the handcuffs+thigh cuffs (36 - 78 cm) once again, which are identical to these ones here.

      I use them as ankle cuffs. They are nice and of good quality. The added bonus is that there are straps on each cuffs and not just one for the 2 of them, which allows you to tie your ankles to your wrists.
