      Let's say this way: The first time, it takes some getting used to, but after a few uses, putting it on works relatively quickly. I am now using the extender for exactly 22 days, 2x1 hour per day. Expecting visible results so quickly is ridiculous, but I can say without exaggeration, "HE" feels better circulated and a little thicker/fuller. So far I can reach the maximum length without an erection, which is a good sign.
      Conclusion after 22 days...something positive is definitely happening and my goal of 1 inch more is definitely possible. Just needs time and patience
