The long sleeve dress from Noir is made entirely out of delicate, stretchy tulle material with a velvet flock print in a sophisticated floral design. It is soft and stretchy for a comfortable and perfect fit. The elegant knee-length dress is tight-fitting and has a small slit at the back. The stand-up collar has a button at the back to fasten it. There is an oval cut-out at the back as well.
