The most effective pelvic floor training is to stay active - for example, during daily tasks like taking a shower or doing errands. Just 15 minutes of daily wear is enough and already yields visible results after 1-2 weeks. Beginners can start with just one ball for training. The last ball to be inserted must always be the one with the retrieval cord. Gradually combine the 2nd and 3rd balls and intensify the training for a fully strengthened pelvic floor.
