      You need to remove the vibrating egg, which is at the base of the device. Then you need to unscrew the egg and remove the plastic film on the top battery. Caution, you need to leave the plastic film surrounding the 3 batteries.
      It took me a while to understand how it worked... instructions would be very much appreciated with this product!
