      approved by both myself and my wife. Took a bit of time finding how to put it on but once you figure it out, it's easy. I'm more average shaped (13 cm) and although my wife does not complain I wanted to try this extender and I can tell you my wife is nuts about it. Put it on without her knowing: she did not know where to crawl. So definitely recommended.
