The Perifit Kegel Excerciser is a female-friendly tool and has an ergonomic design so you can insert it comfortably. It's made of soft, body-safe silicone. At the top and in the middle of the kegel trainer are sensors that can feel exactly how the exercises are being performed. There's a Bluetooth antenna in the end that transmits the necessary information to the app.
