Perifit is a new revolutionary system for training the pelvic floor muscles. Now you can do kegel exercises in a fun, innovative way using the free, downloadable PeriFit App (English). Anyone can do the exercises and it has 6 training programs. This allows you to work on stronger pelvic floor muscles at your own pace and level. Discomforts like undesirable incontinence, a prolapsed cervix or a weak vaginal wall can as such be solved with regular training.
The Perifit Kegel Excerciser is a female-friendly tool and has an ergonomic design so you can insert it comfortably. It's made of soft, body-safe silicone. The top-middle of the kegel has a sensor that registers exactly how the exercises are being performed. The tip has a Bluetooth Low Energy connection that transmits required information to the app. A normal WiFi signal or cellular network is 100x stronger than a Perifit signal. So the Perifit is safe. You can easily keep track of all your personal results and progress in the app. This will keep you motivated and help you reach your goals even faster. The Perifit Kegel Excerciser comes in lovely packaging together with an extensive English manual.
